Set aside.<br>Sautée mushrooms and onions.<br>Sprinkle about 1-2 tablespoons of almond flour over sautéed mushrooms and onions and cook down to create gravy to put over grits.<br><i>*Mushroom gravy can also be used on top of a baked potato or brown rice <br></i><br><b><i>Fried Potatoes &amp; Onions</i></b><br><u>Ingredients:<br></u><ul><li>Potatoes&nbsp;</li><li>Onions</li></ul><u>Directions:<br></u>Seasoning, generously with garlic salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and paprika, cover and cook on low until potatoes soften.<br>Turn up heat and add more olive oil until potatoes develop a slight crust.<br><br><b><i>Veggie Stir Fry</i></b><br><u>Ingredients:</u><br>Veggies of your choice<br>Soy Sauce-Regular or Light (read ingredients prior to purchase to avoid unauthorized ingredients)<br>Brown Rice or Cauliflower Rice<br>Onion<br>Garlic<br><u>Directions:</u><br>Sauté veggies with onions and garlic on medium to high heat until they begin to soften with seasonings.<br>Pour desired amount of soy sauce and continue to cook.<br>Serve over rice and enjoy!<br><br><div><i>*NOTE: If you want to use lots of soy sauce, reduce the amount of salt you use to season the veggie mix and vice versa.
